About the role

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000 - $130,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, timelines, and work plans while communicating potential obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
• Execute technical solutions based on approved client objectives and requirements with support from the community.
• Identify issue trends to mitigate risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define long-term solution strategies.
• Build strategic relationships with stakeholders to advise on best practices and identify new business opportunities.
• Assess product gaps through feedback analysis and contribute to developing and validating new feature solutions.
• Develop initiatives to improve delivery workflows and coach teams on new systems to drive solution innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
• Experience in the following areas:
• Stakeholder engagement and expectation management;
• Structured discovery for uncovering customer objectives;
• Business process design and workflow improvement;
• Project scope, timeline and resource management;
• Analytics or data analysis.
