About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Associate to join our customer team in New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced leaders and to contribute to the rapid growth of Omnea, a fast-growing enterprise SaaS startup focused on transforming procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Support and champion customers in their journey with Omnea, including product configuration, data preparation, and implementation.
- Work closely with S&I (Solutions & Implementation) Leads to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
- Secure a strong foundation in Omnea as both a product and a business, preparing for future customer team roles.
- Learn from a high-caliber team and top-tier investors, and gain exposure to the latest in enterprise SaaS and procurement technology.
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in a top-tier and fast-paced environment, preferably in sales engineering, customer success, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to handle both 'nitty gritty' product configuration and senior stakeholder interactions.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new products and tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to make an impact.
Skills
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and technologies.
