Responsibilities
- Leads demonstrations and training for customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, integrating blended learning and adult learning principles.
- Delivers web-based and live classroom training, and contributes to asynchronous training materials.
- Supports project implementations through pre- and post-go-live interactions with key stakeholders.
- Determines appropriate training plans in collaboration with customers and implementation resources.
- Participates in relevant corporate programs and initiatives, adhering to professional and quality standards, corporate policies, and Solventum values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years of relevant training experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- 3 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or professional coding.
- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Informatics Management (HIM) and Revenue Cycle.
- 3 years of experience as a coder in a hospital setting.
Qualifications
- RHIA/RHIT credentials, CCS certification.
- Experience with Solventum™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS).
- Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, effective written and verbal communication, and teamwork abilities.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, including base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. The specific compensation offered will vary based on factors such as relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
Schedule
This role is remote within the United States. Travel may include up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Onboarding
New employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy.
