Solution Trainer

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Solution Trainer to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. This role offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead demonstrations and training for customers on Revenue Cycle products
• Implement web-based and live classroom training along with asynchronous training contribution
• Support project implementations pre and post-go live with key stakeholders
• Determine training plans in coordination with customers and implementation resources
• Participate in corporate programs and comply with professional standards and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5 years of relevant training experience in healthcare settings
• High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of relevant training experience
• 3 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient, or professional coding
• 3 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) or Revenue Cycle
• 3 years of coding experience in a hospital setting

Pay

$107,600 – $147,950 annually
