About the role

Large law firms are navigating real pressure: to do more with less, to modernize how work gets done, and to make technology investments that actually stick. A Solutions Sales Executive exists to sit at the intersection of that market reality, the client's specific goals, and what our products can genuinely deliver, and bring them together into a story that earns confidence and moves decisions forward.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives to build value narratives that connect product capability to what each stakeholder cares about
  • Lead business value conversations with C-suite executives, functional leaders, and end-user advocates
  • Shape and drive evaluation frameworks and Proof of Concepts with clear success criteria
  • Build and maintain a library of customer proof points and win stories the broader team can draw from

Requirements

Experience in legal, whether in practice or in legal technology, with familiarity with transactional and drafting workflows

Enough context to have credible conversations about how attorneys work and where technology creates real leverage

A track record of earning credibility with senior leaders and C-suite executives

Strong operating discipline across multiple active opportunities

Genuine curiosity about how your customers' businesses actually work

Pay Transparency for Ontario

Pay

Pay Transparency for California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, and Washington: The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000 USD . Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.

Pay Transparency for Ontario: The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,800 CAD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.

Schedule

Hybrid employment is designated as "Modified."
