Solution Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Solution Intern to join our Business Solution team. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare, business strategy, operations, and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, documentation, and optimization of new healthcare programs and workflows.
• Aid in project management and cross-functional coordination across Product, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and business growth.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and reimbursement research for new initiatives.
• Help prepare business proposals, presentations, SOPs, and executive reports.
• Support strategic initiatives such as ACCESS, CGM rollout, AI workflow implementation, and other new business programs.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL or Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hightly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in healthcare, AI, digital health, or healthcare operations is preferred.
