Solution Engineer-1
About the Role
Our Solutions Engineer acts as a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. The role involves participating in activities for Infobip’s customers, including product proposals, deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, solution design, and delivery. You will collaborate with regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist experienced project leads to deliver desired business results.
You’ll learn about Infobip’s products, solutions, and business processes while managing project-related tasks and consulting with Product Development teams, Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, and Solution Managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.
- Understand customers’ businesses and identify which Infobip products can help them evolve.
- Integrate Infobip products into clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS and SaaS services).
- Identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the business, industry trends, and competition.
- Build solid relationships with sales and technical teams, becoming a valued asset.
- Conduct demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution integration enablement sessions for customers, summarizing meetings via documentation.
- Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction during project implementation.
- Collect technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.
- Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.
- Handle technical and security questionnaires.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of strong, related experience in pre-sales, tech sales, system integrations, or similar roles.
- Experience in a technical role in the Telecommunications industry or CPaaS space.
- Preferred knowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and mobile identity solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to challenge the status quo.
- Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.
- Proactive and creative approach to addressing clients’ needs.
- Ability to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.
- Project management experience is a must.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Pay
Annual base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 USD (final salary based on factors including internal equity, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible for a quarterly discretionary bonus.
