Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for intelligent decisioning, automation, and optimization
• Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using LLMs and AI workflows
• APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Design and deliver scalable implementations on Bureau Composer, including real-time decisioning workflows, standard and custom solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and AI solution workshops for both executive and technical audiences
• Guide production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions
• Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue
• Ensure agreement on security, compliance, and data governance frameworks (FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection)
• Build reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture (client-facing)
• Demonstrated AI literacy with practical application (LLMs, automation workflows, enterprise AI use cases)
• Experience translating requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Simplify complex concepts
• Working knowledge of security practices (IAM, data protection, compliance frameworks)
• Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Python or SQL
• Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements
