Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Sage's retail solutions to all levels including lines of business managers and “C” level executives
  • Conduct deep dive discoveries with Account Executives to uncover customer challenges and outcomes as they relate to our products and services
  • Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the retail solutions to all levels of ecommerce staff
  • Support Account Executives and Customer Account Managers in production of high-quality sales proposals and supporting materials
  • Maintain and meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Account Executives and Customer Account Managers
  • Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
  • Represent Sage as retail subject matter experts at Agency and Technology partner events where necessary (< 10% travel required)
  • Mentor and assist in onboarding of new Pre Sales Consultants and Sales Account Executives where necessary

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in retail/ecommerce or solutions consultant role
  • Experience delivering technical, value driven presentations to C-suite
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows within the ecommerce/marketplace space
  • Familiarity with legacy and modern ERP/OMSs
  • Experience in MEDDICC and Solution Selling principles
  • Comfort with APIs and workflow/integration design
