Solution Description
The Solution Consultant Architect II - Software Testing role involves strategy, governance, and risk management across planning, inventory, order fulfillment, procurement, and downstream ERP integrations. Key responsibilities include:
- Quality Engineering & Process: defect leakage control, RCA, performance testing, test strategy & planning
- Technical & Automation: automation framework oversight, API/middleware E2E testing

- Test Data & Environment Management
- Automation Strategy & Framework Oversight (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, TestGrid, REST API, Appium, SQL)
- CI/CD & DevOps (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- AI / ML / GenAI in Testing
Qualifications
- Test / QA Management & Team Leadership: 8+ years owning end-to-end quality delivery across integrated supply chain systems (Oracle ERP, o9 planning)
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: 8+ years responsible for strategy, governance, and risk management across planning, inventory, order fulfillment, procurement, and downstream ERP integrations
- Defect Management & Leakage Control: 8+ years experience in defect management and leakage control (RCA, metrics)
- Automation Strategy & Framework Oversight: 5+ years overseeing automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, TestGrid, REST API, SQL)
- CI/CD & DevOps: 3-4 years experience in CI/CD & DevOps (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Intermediate: 1-2 years experience in AI / ML / GenAI in Testing
Pay & Benefits
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
