Solution Architect – AI & HR Technology

About the role

Location: US/India/Brazil. Reports to: Vice President - Growth. At Kinestry we’re building the AI-powered HR technology platform NexGig, which reimagines how organizations attract, engage, evaluate, hire, onboard, and manage talent. As a Solution Architect you’ll be the technical brain behind our Go-to-Market engine, working closely with the VP of Growth, customers, Product, Engineering, and technology partners to answer questions about where AI creates real value in HR workflows, when to use LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation, how to integrate with existing HR tech ecosystems, turning demos into production‑ready solutions, and improving AI quality, reliability, and time‑to‑value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos, solution design, proposals, and RFPs.
• Translate GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and workflows into practical business solutions.
• Drive implementations from solution design and integrations to go‑live and optimization.
• Work across ATS, HRIS/HCM, Talent Acquisition, CRM, and assessment platforms.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to turn customer challenges into scalable product capabilities.
• Help build robust practices for AI testing, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Professionals with 5+ years in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, SaaS Implementation, or Product Technology, with hands‑on exposure to AI/GenAI/LLM‑powered products.

Skills

• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise customer requirements.
• Experience in HR Tech, HCM, Talent Acquisition, or platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, Bullhorn, or SAP SuccessFactors (a major plus).
