Solution Architect, AI

For our client, a leader in the Technical Services space, we are seeking a Solution Architect AI to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the company AI capabilities tailored to specific legal workflows for clients and prospects
• Lead discovery sessions to gather and document client requirements into detailed solution designs
• Build and deploy custom AI agent workflows within the company AI's Salesforce framework, overseeing configuration till go-live
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients on best practices and product capabilities
• Collaborate with a Project Manager to scope and deliver AI implementations on time and budget
• Work with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on needs and drive successful outcomes
• Define success metrics for deployments, driving adoption to ensure measurable client value

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with advanced mastery of Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging technical concepts to various audiences
• Demonstrated ownership of technical workstreams from requirements to delivery with minimal oversight
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or a client-facing role
• Proficient in designing and deploying AI agents and automated workflows for clients
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools and prompt engineering techniques
• Strong grasp of Salesforce's data model and security architecture

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
