Solution and Business Architects
Your mission
As a Business Architect, you play a crucial role in the governance structure, business information, and processes of the organization. You align the strategic business objectives with priorities and decisions regarding IT-Digital investments. You support the design of the to-be scenario, contribute to the implementation of the target architecture roadmap, and secure the digital component integration in the organization. Documenting, structuring, and mapping capabilities as well as value streams sound like music to your ears.
As a Solution Architect, you play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that systems are designed to be efficient, scalable, and secure. You help organizations navigate complex IT landscapes and drive successful digital transformation initiatives.
Minimum a master’s degree+6 years as consultant in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms and a proven track record in leading digital transformation projects/programs for various organizations
Strong knowledge & expertise
- Familiar with methodologies and frameworks like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and LEAN principles
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead client workshops, facilitate change management
- Fast learner, flexible to different environments and contexts
- Customer-centric & hands-on experience with client relationship management
- Understand CxO’s agenda towards digital and be able to decomplexify topics and make it understandable for all stakeholders
As a Business Architect:
- Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, Customer Experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution, and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO
- First experience in strategy definition for midcorp’s, in designing an actionable roadmap or reprioritizing a project portfolio are nice to haves
As a Solution Architect:
- Proven ability to design scalable architectures that align with business needs and familiarity with tools like Archimate, Enterprise Architect, Jira/Confluence, or Draw.io
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions, often acting as a multidisciplinary consultant combining roles of both architect and analyst
