Job Summary

Pacific Coast Generation is hiring experienced Solar Sales Closers to convert qualified appointments into signed deals and drive revenue growth. This role is built for professionals who excel at in-home or virtual presentations, objection handling, and closing high-ticket deals. You’ll work with pre-qualified appointments and guide homeowners through the process of switching to solar.

What You’ll Do

Run in-home or virtual solar consultations
Present customized solar proposals and financing options
Educate homeowners on savings, incentives, and energy benefits
Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision process
Close deals and secure signed agreements
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups
Collaborate with setters and support teams to maximize conversions

What We’re Looking For

Required
Proven experience in solar sales closing
Strong track record of closing high-ticket deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to run one-call closes Preferred
Experience with in-home sales or virtual closing environments
Background in solar financing, net metering, and incentive programs
