Solar Operator -Cunningham II

SUMMARY

Mortenson is seeking an Operator III responsible for operating equipment as directed and specified while adhering to safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows prescribed safety regulations
• Ensures assigned area is kept clear and orderly
• Performs routine maintenance including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning
• Observes equipment operation for malfunctions
• Follows work plans and pre-task cards
• Operates the following equipment based on project requirements:
• Mini Excavator
• Backhoe
• Trackhoe
• Loader
• Forklift/Telehandler
• Bobcat/Skid-steer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Equipment certifications as required
• Minimum one (1) year of related experience
• Current driver’s license with necessary endorsements
• Strong teamwork orientation, positive attitude, professional customer service skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Basic mathematical skills
• Independent work capability, active listening, and effective communication skills
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.
