Advanced Green Technologies (AGT) is seeking an experienced Solar Foreman to lead and support commercial solar installation projects. This hands-on field leadership role is responsible for overseeing crew performance, ensuring job site safety, maintaining quality standards, and delivering projects on time with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train all Solar Installers on all aspects of the job including safety requirements.
  • Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI Co-workers, and Subcontractors; Analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutions
  • Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes
  • Check on progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the installation process is being performed to plan; Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures
  • Ensure accuracy of your own and crew's time sheets

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Experience: 3+ years of Foreman experience, 2 years minimum experience with Solar Installation
  • Skills & Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age, Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, Successful Pre-Employment Drug Test, Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall, Ability to lift 100 LBS or more, Successful Background Check, NAPCEP Certified - preferred, Must be able to lift 100IBS or more, Statewide travel is required, Proficient in English, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adaptable to new technologies and web-based software systems
