Commercial Solar Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial solar installation crews on projects throughout New Mexico.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Keep your team productive, accountable, and motivated.
• Cook up daily tasks, materials, equipment, and workflow.
• Maintain excellent communication with project managers and office staff.
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team culture.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.

Requirements

• Commercial solar experience preferred
• Construction leadership experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to motivate a crew and lead by example
• Must have your own hand tools necessary to perform the job
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel throughout New Mexico
• Able to work in all weather conditions and environments
• Able to lift, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding work
