What You’ll Do:
- Oversee installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems, from layout to activation
- Be the go-to person for homeowners—answering questions and guiding them through installation day
- Ensure all work aligns with safety codes and OSHA standards
- Keep projects on track by managing materials, enforcing site protocols, and documenting daily progress
- Install, test, and demonstrate system functionality to ensure top-tier performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with confidence and expertise
What You Bring:
- Licensed Electrician (PA) with a valid driver’s license
- Proven leadership on job sites with a strong electrical background
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, PV systems, and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various physical positions
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for sustainability and a desire to be part of something bigger
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent travel to job sites
- Climbing ladders
- Working outdoors
- Lifting materials
- Comfortable standing, squatting, bending, and using tools for extended periods
