Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM); handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
• Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest peace of mind.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management of overnight activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch during overnight hours.
• Solve technical issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
