What You’ll Do
- Serve as customer advocate during software implementation, providing support and issue resolution
- Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training
- Collaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on track
- Participate in customer meetings, providing updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to key stakeholders

Requirements
- Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.
- Experience working on implementation/integration projects
- Experience providing training experience or teaching in a formal or informal environment
- Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (required)
- Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with McLeod Software (required)
