Software Engineering Team Lead

Who You Are

• Must have 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including time in a technical leadership role on a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team through complex technical problems by building consensus, not just issuing directives.
• Experience building customer-facing SPAs and backend services using modern frameworks (AWS, C#, React, or Ember.js is a plus).
• Proven ability to balance hands-on engineering with coordination, delivery, and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience mentoring and leveling up other engineers through pairing, feedback, and coaching.
• Strong understanding of agile practices, lean delivery, and iterative product development.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable tailoring technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Able to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high sense of ownership.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

This is a full-time role, available remotely in the U.S. or from one of our offices in Lincoln, Nebraska; Omaha, Nebraska; or Pennington, New Jersey.
