Software Engineer - Poly SR SWE2

About the Role

This senior software engineering role involves providing technical leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop advanced data analytics solutions and support agile projects for high-visibility missions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex software systems, primarily on Linux platforms
• Lead and guide team efforts in creating innovative analytics applications
• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing processes, including DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Test, and System Level Test
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive mission objectives

Requirements

• TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance
• Minimum 14 years of software engineering experience in complex programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 18 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java
• Strong knowledge of software development, testing, and debugging processes
