About the Role

This senior role involves providing technical leadership in developing advanced data analytics solutions and supporting agile projects for high-visibility missions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide software development efforts, and ensure quality through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Leading development of software solutions supporting analytic missions
• Collaborating with teams to meet mission objectives
• Overseeing software quality through validation and testing processes
• Designing, developing, testing, and debugging complex software systems, primarily on Linux platforms, with proficiency in Java
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers

Requirements

• TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance
• Minimum 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer in similar programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with 4 additional years
• Strong knowledge of software design, development, and testing
• Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative teamwork
