Role Overview

This senior software engineer position involves providing technical leadership in data analytics and agile development projects supporting high-visibility missions. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, ensuring quality through rigorous testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of advanced data analytics solutions
• Guide and collaborate with senior engineers and cross-disciplinary teams
• Design, develop, test, and debug software primarily on Linux systems
• Contribute to full stack development using technologies like Java, JavaScript, React, and MongoDB
• Support analytic missions and ensure product quality through validation and testing

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in software engineering for complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience (11+ years)
• Proficiency in full stack development, including JavaScript, React, MongoDB, and Java
• Experience with analytic systems and production environments
