Software Engineer - Poly SR SWE2

About the Role

This senior software engineer fosters collaboration with other senior engineers to develop advanced data analytics solutions and support agile development projects for high-visibility missions. They provide technical leadership, guidance on data analytics and agile practices, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and debug complex software systems, primarily on Linux platforms.
• Contribute to full-stack development using languages such as Java.
• Ensure software quality through processes like DAT, UAT/SME Validation, Smoke Tests, and System Level Testing.
• Collaborate with teams to drive mission success and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• TS/SCI w/ FSP clearance.
• Minimum of 14 years’ experience as a Software Engineer in complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of software design, development, testing, and debugging.
• Proficiency with Java programming and Linux environments.
