About The Role The role owns the end-to-end development of full-stack user-facing features, building robust web and mobile applications that scale to millions of active users. The engineering team collaborates closely with product managers and designers to ship performant, accessible, and maintainable software using modern web and backend technologies. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQLDesign and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support high-throughput client applications and mobile integrationsOptimize frontend performance, ensuring fast load times, seamless responsiveness, and adherence to modern web standardsWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Cypress, or similar testing frameworksParticipate in peer code reviews, contribute to architectural decision-making, and maintain high engineering documentation standardsTroubleshoot production incidents, monitor application performance metrics, and resolve bottlenecks across the full stack What We Are Looking For 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building complex full-stack web applicationsStrong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases like PostgreSQLExperience with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, preferably using AWS, Docker, or KubernetesSolid understanding of software design patterns, API security best practices, and asynchronous programmingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with React Native mobile development, Redis caching layers, or event-driven architectures using Kafka
