Software Engineer - Full Stack

About The Role

The role owns the end-to-end development of scalable full-stack web applications, bridging modern frontend frameworks with robust backend services to deliver seamless user-facing features. The engineering team builds high-performance products used by millions, requiring close collaboration across design, product, and platform engineering to ensure reliability, speed, and intuitive UX.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, high-performance web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
• Build secure, scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, or Go
• Manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB) ensuring optimal query performance and data integrity
• Own the CI/CD pipeline using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS or GCP
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain high code coverage and software reliability
• Participate in rigorous code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior engineers on software engineering best practices

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience building full-stack web applications in production environments
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and state management libraries
• Demonstrated backend experience designing APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Go
• Solid understanding of database design, caching strategies, and web security best practices (OWASP standards)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, real-time WebSockets, mobile development (React Native), or infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
