Software Engineer - Full-Stack

Build and enhance frontend features: Develop end-to-end functionality using modern frameworks like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
Design for scalability and performance: Architect reliable systems and APIs that handle large, real-time datasets efficiently. Optimize both frontend and backend performance to deliver fast, seamless user experiences under heavy load.
Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to validate designs, integrate APIs such as tRPC, and deliver features that are both technically sound and user-centric.
Drive technical excellence: Contribute to the architecture and direction of our platform, mentor early-career engineers, and stay current with emerging technologies in data and system design to continuously improve our stack.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end functionality using modern frameworks like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Architect reliable systems and APIs that handle large, real-time datasets efficiently
- Optimize both frontend and backend performance to deliver fast, seamless user experiences under heavy load
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to validate designs, integrate APIs such as tRPC, and deliver features that are both technically sound and user-centric
- Contribute to the architecture and direction of our platform, mentor early-career engineers, and stay current with emerging technologies in data and system design to continuously improve our stack
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack experience
- An ability to reason through complex system architecture
- A strong eye for intuitive UX for complex workflows
- A passion for turning technical challenges into seamless, impactful tools
Skills
- Full-Stack Expertise: Experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, and/or backend experience in Java, Go, or Rust
- System Design & APIs: Skilled in building scalable distributed systems and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs
- Performance & Data: Experienced in optimizing large, real-time datasets and ensuring smooth, responsive interfaces
- UI & Visualization: Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, data visualization tools, and WebGL experience is a plus
- Collaboration: Communicates clearly across technical and non-technical teams

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $130,000 – $230,000 per year.
