Software Development Engineer, Shop the Show

About the role

We are transforming TV streaming into seamless shopping moments by connecting viewer inspiration to instant purchases through an innovative second-screen mobile experience. The goal is to become the universal destination for TV and live-event inspired shopping, where millions of customers can discover and shop for products they love, right as they're inspired by their favorite content.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full stack to lead the frontend development of our second-screen companion experience for iPhone and Android apps.
• Build fluid, smooth, and high-performant mobile experiences from the UI layer through the backend services that power them.
• Drive the development of scalable solutions that connect product discovery to instant purchase, owning features end-to-end from API design to pixel-perfect rendering.
• Participate in all aspects of the agile development lifecycle, from architecture to operations, ensuring our services delight customers while meeting rigorous technical standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Skills

• Deep frontend expertise
• Proven experience building high-quality mobile applications
• Strong technical judgment
• System design capabilities spanning client and server

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $143,700.00 - $194,400.00 USD annually.
