About the role
This role involves shaping the technical direction and architecture of Kiro Crew, an autonomous software development agent. You will work with a team focused on AI and emerging technologies, tackling unique challenges in software engineering. Responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction and architecture of Kiro Crew.
- Uncover real-world development challenges and translate them into product capabilities.
- Build and operate production systems using industry-leading CI/CD practices.
- Make architectural decisions that define how an autonomous agent learns and maintains context.
- Develop features that transform how software gets built.
- Engage with the open-source community and ensure scalable deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience

$143,700 - $194,400 per year
