Compensation
The expected compensation range is $22.50 - $35.50 per hour. Overtime pay and recognition programs are available.
Location
The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science/AI or other applicable programs of study
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, or technology is a plus!
- Ability to work in the Foxboro, MA office for the duration of the internship
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with your team on AI-assisted code conversion to support future systems
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and present your ideas
- Support R&D with data analysis, research, or process improvements
- Attend intern-exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager
