Software Asset Manager

Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid: onsite Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays)

This is a two-year contract assignment.

About the role

We are seeking a Software Asset Manager to provide team support within the IT service and asset management organization. The successful candidate will work under the Director of IT Asset Management & ITSM and may collaborate with various teams across multiple organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage software assets and licenses within a global enterprise environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and optimization of software assets.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or Licensing Management within a global enterprise environment.
• Experience with enterprise-level software, including Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, and SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with reporting.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management.
• ITAM/SAM certifications (e.g., CSAM, CITAM, ISO 19770).
