Software Asset Management Analyst

Job Summary

Agreement understanding, entitlement gathering, data validation, discovery monitoring, reporting, compliance monitoring, gap analysis, and reclaim process. Ensure coordination with stakeholders to gather data and ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of data in the tool. Analyze major publishers' license rules and optimize them. Review the ELA and maintain OEM privilege portal to validate entitlements. Have a detailed understanding of SAM attributes. Notify application owners for changes in license metrics, renewals, and reclaim.

Must-Have

• 2-4 years of experience in Asset Management
• 2-4 years of experience in Capital Markets - Asset Management
• Experience in Asset & Configuration Management and knowledge in ITIL Process
• Hands-on experience in Asset & Configuration Management and knowledge in ITIL Process
