Location: New Florence (Longton) – Part‑time

Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour

About the role

As a Soft Play Team Member you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of play for all children, while promoting a happy yet safe atmosphere, overseeing the soft play area and assisting parents with any needs. You’ll join a fun and inclusive team where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of play and safety in the soft‑play area.
• Promote a happy, safe atmosphere for children and families.
• Oversee the soft‑play area and assist parents with their needs.
• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deal with enquiries by telephone in a warm and friendly manner.
• Ensure a clean and tidy environment, including the reception area, at all times.
• Help create a fun, exciting and safe environment so customers want to return.
• Coordinate and run children’s birthday parties.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Passion for delivering great service and a warm welcome.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong team‑player mindset.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
