We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, cookie, application instructions. Also remove duplicated lines. Education: If you are using education as a substitute for experience, you must submit a copy of your transcript(s) or diploma(s) at the time of application. If you are selected, you will need an official transcript (not a copy) indicating the completion of the training or the awarding of the appropriate degree. CLICK HERE for other important information about the Merit or Civil Service System, Citizenship and Residency requirements, Accommodations, Veterans Preference, Examination process, Administrative Review, and more. We need to remove boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The "Supplemental Information" includes application instructions (email, address, transcript submission). Those are application instructions; we should remove them. Also the "CLICK HERE for other important information..." is application instruction/boilerplate; remove. Also the "Note: This position requires a current and valid driver's license..." is a requirement; we keep. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary of duties?), Responsibilities (maybe duties), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications), Qualifications (maybe specialized experience, supervisory aptitude, substitution allowed, non-qualifying experience, selective certification, PREA). Skills maybe not explicit; we could omit if no specific skills listed. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none provided, so omit those sections. We must not create sections with filler. So we will include sections that have substantive content: About the role (maybe a brief overview?), Responsibilities (the Summary Of Duties), Requirements (Education Requirements maybe?), Qualifications (Specialized Experience, Supervisory Aptitude, Substitution Allowed, Non-Qualifying Experience, Selective Certification Requirement - Driver's License, PREA Requirement). Could also combine some. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what to put in lists. The Summary Of Duties is a paragraph with multiple duties separated by semicolons; we could turn each duty into a list item. Similarly, Education Requirements could be a list? It's prose with OR etc. Might be better as

. The Specialized Experience is a paragraph; could be list of tasks: conducting assessments; developing and implementing a plan; working cooperatively; evaluating client’s progress. We could make list. Supervisory Aptitude is prose. Substitution Allowed is list of degree equivalences. Non-Qualifying Experience is list of examples. Selective Certification Requirement - Driver's License is a short statement. PREA Requirement is prose with list of conditions. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all details, not omit any. We can rephrase but must keep meaning. We can convert to list items but must keep the content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Social Worker VI. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can drop them. The Recruitment Number 26-210LM is metadata; we can drop it. We must not include boilerplate like PREA law text? That is substantive (requirement). Keep. We must not include application instructions (email, address, transcript submission, CLICK HERE). Remove those. We must not include "Supplemental Information" heading if it's just application instructions; we can drop that section entirely. We must not include "Education:" under Supplemental Information (that's application instruction). Remove. Thus final HTML will have sections: About the role? Might be optional; we could combine summary of duties as Responsibilities. About the role could be a brief description from the first line: "Social Worker VI (DL), SR-26, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii." But that's just title and location; maybe we can include as About the role: a paragraph describing the role: "Plans, directs, controls and coordinates a social work program..." Actually that's duties. So maybe we don't need About the role; we can start with Responsibilities. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. That's three sections. Responsibilities: list of duties from Summary Of Duties. Requirements: Education Requirements (including substitution via experience) plus maybe the driver's license requirement? Actually driver's license is a selective certification requirement; could be under Qualifications. But we can put driver's license under Requirements as a certification requirement. Qualifications: Specialized Experience, Supervisory Aptitude, Substitution Allowed, Non-Qualifying Experience, PREA Requirement. We need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's extract each piece precisely. Summary Of Duties text: "Plans, directs, controls and coordinates a social work program where the work is complex and intense as to require supervision over a group of units, each engaged in professional social work and headed by a Social Worker at the V level; or administers a social work program or a group of programs of either limited scope or of relatively limited intensity; or in a staff capacity, participates in the development of research programs and reviews and evaluates the results of these programs until they are fully operational; prepares justification of projects and briefs top agency personnel on the purpose and progress of developmental projects; performs related duties as required." We can split by semicolons into items: 1. Plans, directs, controls and
