About the role

Launch and lead a new palliative care program, overseeing all aspects of startup, operations, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee startup activities including workflows, policies, and operations
  • Manage program budgets
  • Supervise staff and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support provider credentialing and payer contracting
  • Facilitate referrals, documentation, and care transitions
  • Drive program growth and quality improvement initiatives
  • Deliver social work services as needed
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work (required)
  • Hospice or palliative care leadership and program development experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
