Full-time leadership role responsible for launching and overseeing a new palliative care program.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead startup activities, develop workflows and policies, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and accreditation standards. You will supervise staff, support provider credentialing, facilitate payer contracting, drive program growth, and enhance customer service.

Requirements
- Master's degree in social work
- Experience in hospice or palliative care program development (preferred)
Skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft Office
