Responsibilities

• Developing treatment plans
• Oversight of the delivery of evidence-based treatment
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy

Requirements

• A master’s degree in social work
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a certified social worker

Skills

• Apply proper interviewing techniques
• Write meaningful, concise, and accurate reports and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people
• Develop and implement effective therapy, treatment approaches, and teaching curriculum
• Oversee treatment planning and treatment
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy

Pay

This position is paid hourly, depending on qualifications.

Schedule

This is a Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, position with the Department of Social Services (DSS) at the SD Human Services Center. This position works primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
