About the role
Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a part-time role, primarily traveling within Clark County WA and occasionally to East Portland.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnose, and provide treatment/interventions, incorporating theories related to development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.
- Collaborate with patients and support systems to develop evidence-informed, person-centered care plans across the care continuum in partnership with an interdisciplinary team.
- Work with both inpatient and outpatient populations.
- Ensure patient self-determination.
- Reduce health disparities.
- Adhere to professional ethics and standards.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Oregon and Washington Clinical Social Worker Licenses upon hire.
- At least 2 years of relevant social work experience.
