Providence Medical Group in Spokane, WA is seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for providing evidence-based psychotherapy. You will be part of a collaborative clinic that provides a wide variety of outpatient behavioral health services, including psychological testing, psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluation and treatment, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

About the role

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide psychotherapy for a broad range of conditions for patients referred from local Providence providers. This position is based in Spokane, WA, offering a vibrant community with a mix of urban amenities and outdoor recreational opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for a broad range of behavioral health conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.
Work with support staff to assist with patient scheduling and insurance prior authorizations.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an education program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License.
2 years of experience in the field or a related area.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of experience in an ambulatory clinic or hospital setting.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $37.04 - $57.51 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
