About the Role
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, treatments, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their support systems. They collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-informed, person-centered care plans across the care continuum, serving both inpatient and outpatient populations. The LCSW ensures care respects patient self-determination, reduces health disparities, and adheres to ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and deliver appropriate interventions

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Valid Clinical Social Worker License in Oregon, Washington, or applicable states
- Minimum of 2 years relevant social work experience
