Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Two‑years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Valid Driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Providing mental health counseling and support services to individuals (children and adults), families, and groups
- Performing specialized mental health assessments
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy
- Monitoring client progress throughout treatment
- Maintaining client records
- Maintaining a manageable and sustainable caseload (averages 20‑25)
- Completing documentation during working hours (no expectation to complete outside work hours)
- Substantial control over clinical schedule
Requirements
- Successful completion of probationary period per contract (Work Test Period)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Take and pass a drug test
- Meet essential physical requirements of the position
- Complete and sign employment eligibility verification form on the first day of employment; submit documentation verifying identity and employment eligibility within three days
