Social Work Supervisor
RiseWell Community Services is seeking a compassionate & dedicated Program Supervisor to join our Crisis Residence team in Patchogue, NY.
About the role
In this role, you will complete intakes and discharges and provide direct clinical support to residents. Assist Associate Director in management of a 24-hour intensive crisis residence.
Schedule
Full-Time - Tues - Sat 7am-3pm
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work and NYS License (LMSW)
- Minimum 1 year experience with mental health population
- Clean valid NY State Driver’s License
- Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
