Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates and participates in the development, review and evaluation of Individualized Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays/medical conditions.
- Assists families in gaining access to early intervention services.
- Collaborates with families, community agencies, and providers to coordinate multiple services.
- Coordinates developmental evaluations and assessments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Child Development, Child Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Dietetics, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Family/Community Counseling, Human Services, Nursing, Nutrition, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, School Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Speech Language Pathology, Special Education OR a related field with at least 20% of the credit hours addressing child development, disabilities, or family systems.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (if applicable).

- Case Management Experience.
