About the role

The Social Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of social services programs within the community. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring that all programs meet established standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of social service programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with external partners to secure funding and resources

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social services management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
