About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and analysis of social media advertising campaigns, content creation, and community management for our clients. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to strategic discussions and actively participating in client meetings.
Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience with Facebook advertising
- Two to three years of experience with LinkedIn advertising
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with social media community management tasks
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (a plus)
- Familiarity with Google Ads (a plus)
- Sense of humor and a positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Execute new social media advertising campaign launches across various platforms
- Track, report, and analyze advertising performance metrics
- Optimize campaign bids, budgets, and perform ongoing testing to improve results
- Write compelling ad copy for paid social marketing campaigns
- Provide targeting and budgeting recommendations for new campaigns
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for social media marketing projects
- Participate actively in internal and client meetings, contributing strategic insights
- Affiliate in content creation and community management tasks as needed
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
