We are seeking a Social Media Specialist at Ramsey Solutions, a leading provider of personal finance education and empowerment. The ideal candidate will manage and shape social media strategies for Ramsey brands and personalities, focusing on engagement, shares, and conversions.

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will lead the strategy and performance of assigned social media accounts, ensuring alignment with Ramsey Solutions' mission and values. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with expertise in multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategies that grow engagement, shares, and conversions
• Plan and manage content calendars and posting rhythms to maximize performance
• Track performance and use insights to guide stronger content decisions
• Identify winning hooks, formats, and themes and scale them across platforms
• Partner with creators, community managers, and business teams to align goals and maintain Ramsey's brand voice

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Understanding of platform strategy and algorithm behavior across various social media platforms
• Experience building and executing social content strategies that drive measurable results
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify what's working well, and adjust quickly
• Confidence in owning content calendars and collaborating cross-functionally with creative and business teams
• Passion for Ramsey Solutions' mission and belief in the importance of financial freedom

$58,000 - $72,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site under the same roof, with flexible work schedules to accommodate personal needs.
