Social Media, Senior Analyst

About the role

The Senior Social Media Analyst role is part of our Commerce Product Marketing team, made up of people who run events, content, web and product marketing to share the Salesforce story for Agentforce Commerce. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role supporting global social strategy and our employee advocacy program.

Responsibilities

• Use Figma to design social media posts and perform basic video editing so content looks professional and engaging
• Support planning, writing, and publishing daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube using Sprout Social
• Support organic posts and help manage a small assigned budget to boost posts needing extra reach
• Help grow our employee advocacy program, empowering Salesforce employees and thought leaders to share our message
