Job Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive consistent performance results
  • Assists department leads with onboarding new accounts and product launches as needed
  • Independently leads client discussions regarding product performance
  • Helps to deploy the implementation of new department initiatives and best practices
  • Facilitates and builds quarterly case results
  • Mentors and assists department leads with training
  • Assists other social media analysts with task completion, client calls, and internal strategy meetings
  • Identifies areas of opportunity for both external client(s) and internal department
  • Build paid social campaigns across various channels that align with client(s) overarching goals and strategy
  • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues and/or additional client concerns
  • Budget management of social media campaigns, following budget pacing protocols set
  • Verify that every campaign and ad meets the highest standards and follows the appropriate compliance guidelines
  • Maintain a high attention to ad copy, logos, graphics, budget, and scope of work
  • Conduct thorough audits for all clients, ensuring ads are accurately sent to the correct VDPs on client feeds
  • Develop analytical skills and complete mid-month and end-of-month reporting to highlight campaign performance
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of automotive compliance standards, ensuring all activities align with industry regulations
  • Log activities regarding updates to accounts throughout the month
  • Utilize basic Photoshop/Canva skills to modify logos and images, ensuring visually appealing and on-brand content
  • Keep a vigilant eye on all review platforms, managing positive and negative reviews to safeguard clients' online reputation
  • Stay up to date on shifts in the automotive industry, Social Media trends, and best practices, presenting innovative advertising types and strategies to benefit our clients
  • Conduct A/B testing to continually enhance social media strategies
  • Maintain Google Analytics Certification and Meta Certifications
  • Engage in Facebook Blueprint courses to stay updated on policies and trends

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience in platforms such as Photoshop, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, GChat)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Digital Advertising or equivalent experience
  • Experience in LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter Ad Management
  • Meta Blueprint Certified in Media Buying or Media Planning
  • Experience in automotive, medical, legal and/or e-commerce verticals
  • Agency experience
  • Paid Media Experience (Search or Display), a plus
