Social Media Producer
About the role
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing the social media presence of FiNC, ensuring that content is scheduled, posted, and analyzed effectively. This role requires a combination of organizational skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and post content across all social platforms
- Pull together monthly analytics for all socials and the website
- Keep the content pipeline moving by checking readiness, identifying gaps, and reaching out for changes or fixes
- Coordinate the team to ensure smooth collaboration and communication
Requirements
- Some copywriting skills
- Basic graphic design abilities (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
- Minor video editing skills (a plus)
- A familiarity with social media algorithms and campaign growth strategies
- Comfortable on camera (a major plus)
- Good at facilitating meetings and fostering a collaborative environment
Qualifications
